There are a number of different ITSM frameworks, and there are some differences between them. I just can’t figure out which one would be the best for my team.

You’re right, there are a fair number of different frameworks your ITSM team could use. We’ve already covered ITIL, but there’s also FitSM, COBIT, the Business Process Framework and CMMI. Explaining them here would be a bit much, that’s why we’ve explained all of them in our blog: Beyond ITIL – Alternative ITSM Frameworks and Their Differentiation.
