I am looking at the ICS Issue Calendar Sync for JIRA. Does it have the availability to display in JIRA Service Desk?
ICS is compatible with JIRA Service Desk projects (for example, for agents, it’s really helpfull). However, it is not available for customers, via the customer portal.
