Is there a way to create an automatic or manual backup on Google Workspace for stored data. We would like to always have a security copy on our local servers.
Starting with Google Workspace, you will have access to Vault, Google’s archiving and backup-tool. You can define rules to secure your data after deleting files.
Direct backup exports you would have to do with other/external solutions or via something like File Stream on local servers.
