Easy Events RSVP - selection of random participants for an event

Question about Easy Events RSVP plugin

Looking for a Confluence tool that allows me to post an event, have users self-sign up for the event, and then select users randomly for final participation due to space limitations.

Example:

200 max attendees

400 users sign up

200 random users are selected and notified via email they can attend while the remaining 200 are notified they were not selected.

Does your tool do this? Thanks!

Hi and thanks for asking about our Easy Events RSVP app. What’s possible right now is:

  • Create an event
  • Limit the amount of participants (e.g. 200)
  • Users can choose to participate
  • As soon as e.g. the 200 participants are registered, nobody else can inscribe.

What is (at the moment) not possible:

  • Keep the inscription process open, after the amount of maximum participants has been reached
  • Waiting list oder a random selection of possible participants.

As it is always very important for us, what our clients need and wish, we would like to refer you to our Canny-board for feature requests. There you can open a request, interact with other users and see, what’s coming. We already received, eg., a request for a waiting list.
