Does Linchpin require its own server + data base?

Hi, does Linchpin require its own server & DB or does it run on the Confluence server?

We already run Confluence on its own server. Would Linchpin be installed on the same server or on its own and then get connected with Confluence?

Linchpin only works in a server version, so not on Atlassian Cloud. You will need your own server to run it on, or you can have it hosted (by //SEIBERT/MEDIA for example).

Since you already have Confluence, Linchpin would run on the same server. Linchpin is technically based on Confluence, but enhances it with many intranet-functionalities via a Suite of Add-Ons.
