Confluence - Problem when creating a new space

When I am trying to create a new space, the “Create Space” button is gray in the “Add Space dialog” and I can’t do anything. Is this a known problem?

I have all space admin and Confluence admin rights and permissions. It used to work just fine, nothing has changed from that end.

With all permits in place and already getting to that stage of being able to start the Add Space dialog, please take a look at this documentation by Atlassian. Let us know if it worked!
