Collective Issue View for Service Desk - groups of reporter on create screen

I am looking at Collective Issue View for Service Desk - Documentation 1.0 and wonder if this would be the right add-on for my company.

I would like somehow to display the groups a reporter is a member of on the create screen.

Our service desk receives 100% of tickets over the phone at the moment, so as an agent I want:

  1. Create a ticket.
  2. Change the reporter to the customer that I have on the phone.
  3. On this create screen see the groups that the customer (reporter) is a member of.

no, that’s not possible with Collective Issue View plugin.
