Yes, there is the multiple or bulk function. In Atlassian’s documentation to you can read all about it.
Basically you need to filter the issues your would like to work on and make sure that one of the columns is the “Labels” column.
Then you click on the cog icon on top in the menu and click on the x issue(s).
Click on the issues you really want to change and then “Next”.
Click on “Edit issues” and “Next”.
Then click on “Labels” and choose your action. Then “Next” again.
At the end you have to confirm twice and it’s all done!
